v4.16, the picked homepage
v4.15 plus Cleven's sub rewrite (four fragments), the band crop raised so faces are in frame, and the landing's proof row (real faces + stars + "Trusted by 100+ service businesses") under the hero notes.
R1's swap hero promoted, with the "You can't pick up. It books the job." headline and the compact mobile ticket overlay. Superseded by v4.16's copy + proof-row pass.
v4.14, the combined base + hero exploration
Cleven's three approved pieces in one page: sink photo in the hero, Job Strip after How It Works (with the "if the phone rings, it fits" foot line), Door band before the Rate Card. Roofer + rotary-phone linocuts stay; every photo appears once.
Photo leads, paperwork follows: the sink photograph is the big right-side object (message-matched to the headline), the work order shrinks and hangs off its corner. Band + strip unchanged.
A true re-composition: the Door photo bleeds full-height to the right viewport edge, headline at reduced scale on the cream left, small work order pinned over the siding. Band removed; sink benched.
The work order leaves the hero entirely: just the big sink photograph with a green BOOKED stamp on its corner. Tests whether the hero needs the ticket at all. Band + strip unchanged.
Earlier rounds stay live for reference: v4.13 A-D (single ideas) and the additive hero pass H2/H3/H4 at their old URLs. The R round supersedes H.
Brand surface
v4.11 minus the Straight Answer poster (removed on Cleven's call; the honesty line lives on in the FAQ). Sections renumbered, nav slimmed. The photo-integration pick above decides v4.13.
Routing Slip v2 integrated as a native section. Superseded by v4.12's poster removal.
The critique pass (pricing on the page, CTA coverage, mobile fixes). Superseded by v4.11's integrations section.
The brand front door. Union Grade homepage, full section stack, bright golden-hour stage close.
Founders page. Square portraits, trades-first framing, fintech proof board, no FAQ.
Ad landing pages (cold traffic)
v2.6 plus FAQ 7: "I already use GoHighLevel or Jobber. Do I have to switch?" The landing-side answer to the integrations story (the full routing section stays homepage-only). Wide wall + full critique pass underneath.
The wide-wall rebuild. Superseded by v2.7's integrations FAQ.
The 5-lens critique pass (copy + conversion + polish). Superseded by v2.6's wall rebuild.
The proven /try funnel re-skinned in Union Grade. All 16 sections and copy preserved 1:1.
Full-autonomy rebuild in 8 beats: the call machine hero you can play, the interactive Leak Audit calculator, connected setup strip.
Hero de-crowded: demo tab removed (live calls only), the leak line now sits under the call log, shorter sub and intake notes. This link opens the Dallas plumbing demo; open the plain path for the generic version.
v2.1 plus the leak line revenue hook in the copy column, the red city stamp, "Live in 2 minutes" everywhere, and an explicit no-website path.
v2 plus a hero website field ("your agent gets built from what's already on your site") and ad-param message match. Kept for comparison against v2.2.
Design reviews
Three ways human photography enters the homepage (photo hero, mid-page photo band, plate swaps), built with a labeled stand-in photo. Pick the structure, then generate the real shots from the run pack.
Roofing retired (geometry blind spot, twice failed). Tree service and landscaper replace it: The Drag and The Mulch Line, both solo with progress evidence in frame, plus the optional real-photo realism anchor. Four keepers stand.
The roof retry with work-state truth. Failed anyway; the subject itself was the problem. Superseded by v2.3.
The reshoot round: The Bumper confirmed, The Write-Up failed on the spectator homeowner, The Carry failed on the finished roof. Superseded by v2.2.
The photo-director reshoot round. Three scenes confirmed keepers on generated evidence, three superseded by v2.1's reshoots.
The rejected first pass (Soul, amber grade, staged phone props). Kept for the record; do not generate from it.
Four approaches to a small "works with your tools" homepage section (roster pending product confirmation), plus the shelved intake-hero for the record. Live-resizable.
Five nav-bar directions, each independently researched and built, live-resizable with breakpoint presets. Pick one, or a mix.
Brand
Identity round 2, rebuilt on a neutral board: five marks with a real idea each (lead concept is the reception desk bell), four modern wordmark faces, lockups, the four-ground test, and app-icon-to-favicon scale.
